Bathurst - Mrs. Catherine Hachey, 88, wife of the late Lionel "Aurele" Hachey, of Packard St., Bathurst, passed away on Wednesday (November 4, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Belledune, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Philomène (Godin) Boudreau. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by: One son: Robert (Joyce) of Bathurst Three daughters: Hélène Fournier (Yvon), Lenora Vienneau (Yvon) and Dianne Hachey, all of Bathurst. 6 grandchildren: Ghislain, Guylaine, Sylvie, Mélanie, Jennifer and Jessica. 5 great-grandchildren: Samantha, Frederick, Janick, Jasmine and Mykala. Several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Lionel, a grandson, Jeremie, 3 brothers; Thomas, Clifford, George and a sister; Gertrude. The body will rest after 7 p.m. Wednesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday afternoon (November 6, 2009) at 2 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Friday from noon until time of Funeral.
