Mrs Lucy Henry, 90, wife of the late Adrien Henry, of Chaleur St., formerly of South Tetagouche, passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in South Tetagouche, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Larry and Sarah Jane (Duguay) Pitre. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by: 2 sons: Rheal (late Gisèle) of South Tetagouche. Emile (Marie Jeanne) of Moncton. 3 daughters: Angie Pitre (André) of Bathurst, Annette Imhoff (late Greg) of South Tetagouche, Diane Bourgeois (Jean) of Beresford. 24 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Adrien in 1997 and a son, Wayne, 2 sisters; Yvonne Imhoff, Afreda Pitre and a brother; Alvin Pitre. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A funeral Mass for Lucy will be celebrated on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 2 PM from the Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave. Donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
