Beresford - Gislain Frenette, 64, of Beresford, passed away on Friday (March 5, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness. Born in Saint Léonard, he was the son of the late Stanislas and Corinne (Boudreau) Frenette. He worked at Brunswick and later as a Barber in Beresford for many years. Besides his wife, Simonne (Godin) Frenette, he is survived by: Two sons: Ghislain Jr. (Suzanne) of Fredericton Marc of Robertville One grandson; Jeffrey One sister: Rolande Page (late Wilfred) of Caribou, Maine, USA He was pre-deceased by 2 brothers; Adrien, Ronald, two sisters; Sylvia and Claudette. Visiting hours will start after 7 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home, (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday evening (March 8, 2010) at 7 p.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford. Visiting hours are Sunday from 7 to 9 and Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 p.m. until time of Funeral. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
