Bathurst - Wayne Doucet, of Murray Avenue, Bathurst, N.B. passed away Wednesday, March 10^th, at Chaleur General Hospital at the age of 51.

Son of the late Mabel Doucet and late Gerald “PeeWee” Doucet. 

He is survived by:

Sisters:  Shirley Doucet and Linda (Mark) Hachey both of Bathurst

Brothers:  Gerry Doucet of Ottawa, Ernie (Mary-Margaret) Doucet of Saint John, Mearle (Elizabeth) Doucet of Odessa, ON

He was predeceased by a brother, Glendon “PeeWee” Doucet (Vivian)

Wayne attended the Best Group and enjoyed bowling with his friends.  He also enjoyed swimming and playing cards.

He will be sadly missed by his family and acquaintances.

There is no visitation at the funeral home.  A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 16^th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Wayne may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
