Robertville - Mrs Sylvia Vienneau, 85, of Robertville, wife of the late Alvin Vienneau (1994), which occurred Saturday September 25, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of late Donat Doucet and the late Sarah Frenette.

She is survived by her children :  Jean-Guy (Anne LeBlanc) of Dieppe, Francine (Lionel Comeau) of Beresford, Claudine (Roger Lusignan) of Assomption, QC, Jean-Eudes (Bernadine Comeau) of Robertville, Jacques (Carmen Binette) of Robertville, Pierre of Jasper, AB, Gilles (Elda Savoie) of Shédiac.

12 grandchildren (Marc-André, Christian, Éric, Liliane, Alice, Joël, Alain, Patrick, Geneviève,  André-Philippe, Philippe and Simon).   Also three great-grandchildren Denis, Cindy et Janie Ève.

Beside her children, she is survived by her brothers and sisters :  Iréné (Léda Frenette) of Petit-Rocher, Télérise Casey (late Raymond) of Bristol, Mass., Séverin (Lucie Gagnon) of St-Émile, QC, Aubin (Gilberte Boulay) of Beresford. 

She was predeceased by her brothers, Ulric, Réginald and Onésiphore.

Sylvia was a generous volunteer in her parish since the age of 12.  She was member of Robertville Choir for 45 years.  She was also President of the Golden Age Club, Robertville and member of the “Association Acadienne et Francophone des ainés et ainées du Nouveau Brunswick”.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home

Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 7 pm from église Ste-Thérèse d’Avila of Robertville.  Donations in memory of Sylvia may be made to the Villa Sormany Foundation in Robertville or a charity of the donors choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com) of Beresford.
