Bathurst - Ludger Legacy, 90, of Miramichi Ave., Bathurst, died Thursday (July 2, 2003) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Madran, he was the son of the late Francois and Lucille (Comeau) Legacy.
He worked for a time at the former “Billy White Lumber”, and later for the former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill for over 30 years and was a member of the company's Quarter Century Club.
He was pre-deceased by his first wife, the former Léda Chiasson in 1983.
He is survived by his wife, Exilda (Duguay) (Boucher) Legacy.

He was pre-deceased by a grandson, Jason, 7 brothers and a sister.
The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, St. Mary's Ave. www.elhatton.com
