Petit-Rocher Sud, N.B. - Armand Boucher, 72, of Residence Roy-Vienneau in Petit-Rocher Sud, passed away on Sunday (May 1, 2011) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Albert and Rose Marie (Vienneau) Boucher.
He is survived by: Two brothers, Wilfred (Izella) of Bathurst and Roger of Petit-Rocher Sud; three sisters, Agathe Boucher Champagne (Adrien) of Montreal, Que., Hilda Boucher and Rita Boucher, both of Bathurst. Several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by six brothers and sisters, Cletus, Cornelius, Léo, Evangeline "Vange", Lydia and Ula.
The family will receive relatives and friends after 2 p.m. Wednesday (May 11, 2011) at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (May 11, 2011) at 4 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral. Donations in memory of Armand may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
