Allison Peters - 70, of Rough Waters Drive, formerly of Miramichi Road, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Allardville, he was the son of the late Bedford and Edna (Sargent) Peters.

He is survived by:

One son, Hazen Peters (Monica Doucet) of Rough Waters.

Three step-sons, Richard Chiasson, Douglas Chiasson and Craig Chiasson.

Five sisters, Alma Thibeault of Petit Rocher, Muriel Roy of Bathurst, Mildred Smith (Grant), Helen Hines (Clifford) both of Miramichi Road and Shirley Peters (Tommy Duguay) of Bathurst.

Two brothers, Elmer (Jeannie) and Blair (Betty) both of Miramichi Road.

Sister in law Yvonne Daigle Peters of Bathurst.  Brother-in-law Orin Jagoe of Bathurst.  Many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brothers, Sampson, George, Hazen and Leonard, sisters, Ella Jagoe, Marjorie Peters and Carrie Hines.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Elhatton Funeral Home, 187 St. George St., Bathurst. (www.elhatton.com)  Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 11 am from the funeral home chapel.
