Bathurst - Frank Dumas, 87, formerly of Big River, passed away on Friday (April 20, 2012) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst.
Born in New Richmond, Que., he was the son of the late Peter and Mary Ann (Willett) Dumas.
He worked at Brunswick Mines for over 31 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Bianca Adams of Bathurst;
one step-daughter, Kim Adams of Bathurst;
two sisters: Celia Malcolm of Fredericton and Lydia Doody of New Zealand.
Several nieces and nephew.
The body will rest after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home, St. George St., Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday morning (April 25, 2012) at 11 a.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel with Father Gregory Culligan officiating. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
