Salmon Beach, NB – Mrs. Diane Sealy loving wife of Clifford Sealy, of Salmon Beach, passed away peacefully at her home after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday July 9, 2016 at the age of 70.
Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia she was the daughter of the late Ian and Eunice (Phillips) Wilson.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her sons: Blake (Pam) of Big River, Bruce of Salmon Beach; stepson, John (Marg) of Eelground and son, Mike Garnhum of Nova Scotia.
Daughter in law, Sharon Hickey Sealy (Patrice) of Salmon Beach.
Two granddaughters who were her world: Bailey and Riley Sealy; three step granddaughters: Lindsay Berry (Shawn Duguay), Kayla Berry (Josh Beaulieu) and Princess Alexis.
Two brothers: Peter (Carole) Wilson of Miramichi, NB and Stephen (Sandra) Wilson of Alberta.
Many Sealy sisters in laws and brothers in laws; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her youngest son, Bradley; her parents and twin brother, David.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday afternoon, July 13, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) Bathurst.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday evening, July 13, 2016 at 6 p.m. from The Point Church, O’Neil Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the Highland View Cemetery, Bridge St, Bathurst.
Donations in memory of Diane can be made to the extra mural. Because of them, we were able to grant her last wish.
