"AN ANGEL GOT HER WINGS TODAY"

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Ernestine White, wife of the late Louis White which occurred at the Foyer Notre Dame Des Lourdes, Bathurst on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the age of 92.

Born in Petit-Rocher, she was the daughter of the late Aurèle and Derilda (Boudreau) Roach. 

She is survived by four daughters: Linda Boyle (Michel Haché) of Bathurst, Dorothy Rasaczynski (Stanley) of Montreal, Que., Carol Roy (Norman) of St. Albert, Alberta, and Verna Smith (Ken) of Bathurst.

She is also survived by one sister Francetta (late John Bertin) of Welland, Ontario.

7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by four brothers; Arnold, Perley, Romeo, Raymond as well as one sister Delcina.

Ernestine was known for her quiet demeaner and ready smile. She was an avid reader, enjoyed bingo, playing cards and loved the outdoors.

In memory of Ernestine donations made to the Arthritis Society or a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to express appreciation to the staff of the Foyer Notre Dame des Lourdes for the dedication and compassionate care shown to our mother.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral service for the late Ernestine White will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel.
