Nigadoo – Alderic H. Doucet, of Nigadoo, passed away at his residence on Friday April 26, 2019 at the age of 84.

Born in Nigadoo, he was the son of the late Henri and Léa (Arsenault) Doucet.

Besides his wife, Violet (Couture) Doucet, he is survived by two daughters: Linda Hébert (Denis) of Nigadoo and Joanne Godin (Danny) of Petit-Rocher.

Six grandchildren: Vicky, Sophie, Joey, Émilie, Jessica, Katia, four great-grandchildren: Naelle, Milie, Léonie and Florence.

One sister, Clarisse Arseneau of Dieppe.

Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by a son, Robert and eight brothers and sisters: Clément, Willie, Valmond, Rosa, Marie-Anne, Mathilda and Bertha.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St-Polycarpe Church in Petit-Rocher on Tuesday April 30, 2019 at 4 pm.
