Bathurst ? Mrs. Anita Doucet, 76, wife of Théofred Doucet, of St. Mary's Ave., Bathurst, died Monday (28 November, 2005) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Célestin and Ida (Boudreau) Doucet.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Théofred Doucet in 2002.
She is survived by:
One daughter: Linda Couture (Leonard) of Bathurst
Two sons:
Robert Doucet (Suzanne) and
Daniel Doucet (Colette), both of Bathurst
Three sisters:
Adele Chamberlain,
Léonile Chamberlain (Clifford) and
Marie Degrace all of Bathurst
Six Grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was pre-deceased by one sister; Estelle.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton' s Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (November 30, 2005) at 4:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
