Bathurst ? Oscar Guignard, 78, of Nevins Lane, Bathurst, passed away suddenly on Sunday (November 27, 2005) at his residence. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Ludger and Ella (Paulin) Guignard. He taught at CCNB and later worked as a Stationary Engineer at ESN. Pre-deceased by his first wife, Marie Anna (Landry) Guignard. Besides his common-law-spouse, Beatrice (Legacy) Anger, he is survived by: Three brothers: Willard Guignard, Elzear Guignard (Barbara), and Victor Guignard (Paula), all of Bathurst Four sisters: Leona Lavigne (Alvin) of Bathurst Therese Legacy (Wilfred) of Chelmsford, Ont. Maria LeBlanc (Jim) of Saint John Regina Lavigne of Hamilton, Ont. Sister in law Eva Guignard of Bathurst. Several cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (November 30, 2005) at 2:00 p.m. from the Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.
