It is with profound sadness, that we, the family of Mrs. Edna Spragg, wife of the late Donald E. "Don" Spragg, of Bathurst, announce her passing which occurred unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at the age of 90.

Born in Stonehaven, she was the daughter of the late George and late Georgina (Eddy) Scott.

She is survived by two sons: Blair Spragg of Bathurst, NB and Dave Spragg (Aimee) of Grande Prairie, Alberta and one daughter, Sharon (Peter) Crowther of Fredericton, NB

Grandchildren: Kayla, Brandon, Justin, Shane and Sierra. Step-grandchildren: Collin, Lisa, Mark, Ryan, Aaron and their families.

One sister, Eleanor Scott of Bathurst and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three brothers: Thomas, Harvey, Halzon and three sisters: Mary Knowles, Priscilla Sealy, and Constance Jamieson.

The family will receive relatives and friends between 7 and 9 p.m. on Sunday, December 18th,2022 at Elhatton’s Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral service will be held from First United Church in Bathurst on Monday, December 19th, 2022 at 4 p.m.

Donations in memory of Edna may be made to New Brunswick Heart and Stoke Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
