Bathurst - Mrs. Evelyn Vance, 92, of South Tetagouche, passed away on Thursday (January 26, 2006) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Rough Waters, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Alinda (Nichol) Good.
She was a member of the Women's Institute and the United Church Women.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Kenneth Vance, in 1997.

Six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by three brothers; Fred, Ernest, Herb and two sisters; Myrtle and Mildred.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, South Tetagouche, with Rev. Keith Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery in the spring. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
