Beresford - Mrs. Anne-Marie Hachey, 60, wife of Michael Hachey, of Beresford, passed away on Wednesday (March 1, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief battle with cancer.
Born in Bathurst, she was daughter of the late Arthur and Jeanne D'Arc (Gionet) Arseneau.
She was a retired nurse, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the UCT Bathurst and the Retired Nurses Association.

Alice Arseneau (Ronald Gallant) and
Therese Ouellette (Jacques) all of Bathurst
Two granddaughters, Stéphanie and Mélanie
Several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a sister, Ida Smith.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday afternoon (March 4, 2004) at 2:00 p.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford, with a reception to follow. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. For anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
