Edgar Doucet, 74, of Middle River, NB, passed away on Monday (March 20, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late John J. and Léona (Doucet) Doucet. He is survived by: Five children: Melinda Doucet, Michel Doucet (Debbie) and Suzanne Vienneau (Bruno) all of Bathurst Diane Arseneau (Denis) of Sormany Denise Robichaud (Marc) of North Tetagouche, NB The mother of his children, Mildred (Pitre) Doucet of Big River, NB Nine brothers: Leonard Doucet (Anita) of Bathurst Edward Doucet (Adrienne) of St.Anne, Glou. Co.,NB Alfred Doucet of Dunlop Raymond Doucet, Gerard Doucet (Marie), Johnny Doucet (Rose Marie) and Joseph Doucet, all of Middle River Lorenzo Doucet (Marie) Beresford, NB Omer Doucet (Nicole) of St. Anne, Glou. Co., NB One sister: Thérèse Vienneau (Charles Vienneau) of Dunlop Nine grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother, George. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (March 23, 2006) at 4:00 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary (Eglise Notre Dame du Rosaire), Bathurst.
