In 1963, Frank was welcomed with open arms into the Clinch and Ouellette families, and became a brother to Jane and Lou Ouellette and Roger and the late Donna Clinch. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Encouraged by his parents, education formed an important part of Frank’s life, both in his own learning and his life-long dedication to teaching. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (1967) and Bachelor of Education (1969) from St. Thomas University, a Master of Education from the University of Maine (1974), and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Ottawa (1985). His service to his profession and the Bathurst community was extensive. He served as chair of the Professional Development Committee, various committees for School District 15 and 42, and represented the region in numerous matters.
