Beresford - Bedford 'Wayne' Henry, 55, of Beresford, passed away on Sunday (May 14, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Lucie (Pitre) Henry and the late Adrien Henry.
He was a welder at Brunswick Mining and was a member of the company's Quarter Century Club. He was a member of the Chaleur Snowmobile Club in Sormany.
Besides his mother of South Tetagouche, he is survived by his wife, Jeannette Doucet Henry.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (May 17, 2006) at 4:30 p.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Church (Eglise St. Nom de Jesus), Beresford, with a reception to follow. For anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
