Bathurst - Emilienne 'Emily' Boudreau, 93, wife of the late Arthur Boudreau, formerly of King Ave., Bathurst, died peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family on Sunday (June 4, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Petit Rivière de L'Ile, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Appauline (Hebert) Glazier.
She was a 61 year member of Catholic Women's League, past president of the Maple Leaf Club and was formerly an active member of the Red Cross.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Arthur (1991) and a son, Gordon (1999).
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by:

Bob 'Bar' Boudreau (Florence Benoit) and
Maurice Boudreau (Elizabeth Valley Boudreau), both of Bathurst
Four daughters:
Anita Gilletta (Clayton) of Owen Sound, ON
Georgette Hachey (Aurele) and
Rita Boudreau, both of Bathurst
Mary Jane Gammon (Barry) of South Tetagouche
Daughter-in-law:
Alma Boudreau of Bathurst
11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning (June 7, 2006) at 11:00 a.m. from St. Theresa Church, South Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. For anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to a charity of the donors choice. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral.
