Bathurst - Mme Anne-Marie Matte, 83, wife of Alfred Matte, of Lavigne St., Bathurst, and formerly of Allardville, passed away on Friday (November 3, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Caraquet, she was the daughter of the late Jean and Lorette (Doiron) Lanteigne.
She was a member of Cursillos and La Vie Montante.

8 grandchildren; Tanya, Mélanie, Lynne, Lysanne, Ericka, Joanie, Steven, Jessica, 4 great-grandchildren; Miguel, Dylan, Naomie, Lily and several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a brother, Alban.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning (November 6, 2006) at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
