Bathurst- Everett Hugh Black, 73,of Chamberlain Lane, Bathurst, died Monday 19 February 2007 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late James A. Black and Kathleen Whelton. He is survived by; One son, Hugh Black of Vancouver BC His stepmother, Juanita Black of Nictau, NB His stepfather, Frank Good of Nanaimo, BC Four brothers, Robert (Bob) Good Nanaimo, BC James Black (Elizabeth) of Shavertown PA, USA Alexander "Sandy" (Debbie) Black of Fredericton, NB Stephen Black of Nictau, NB One sister, Heather Black (Brian Yeomans) of Plaster Rock, NB Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth (Betty) MacKenzie and two brothers; John (Johnny) Black and William (Bill) Black. There will be no visitations at the funeral home. Funeral service will take place Friday 23 February 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the elhatton Funeral Home Chapel with Father Gregory Culligan officiating.
