South Tetagouche - Elmer Smyth, 82, of South Tetagouche, passed away on Sunday (February 25, 2007), at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in South Tetagouche, he was the son of the late Rankin & Sybile (Smith) Smyth.
He worked as a farmer for most of his life.

Hazel Smyth of Bathurst
Nettie Sealand of Edmonton, AB
Several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by 2 sisters; Doris, Pearl and a brother Benson.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday (March 1, 2007) at 2:00 p.m. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
