Petit-Rocher - Howard L. Hamilton, 85, of Petit-Rocher, passed away on Monday (June 4, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Campbellton, he was the son of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Guérette) Hamilton. He served in World War II, with the South Alberta Regiment and was a prisoner of War in Germany and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Campbellton, Br. 19. He is survived by his wife, Germaine (Lambert) Hamilton Two sons: Harry Hamilton of Big River, NB Donald Hamilton (Denise) of Petit-Rocher, NB Two daughters: Bernice Hamilton of Saint John, NB Donna Boudreau (Pierre) of Beresford, NB Two brothers: Bobby Hamilton (Annette) of Toronto, ON Winston Hamilton of Campbellton, NB Four sisters: Eleanor Kiss (Jos) of Campbellton, NB Tessie Benwell (Austin) of Toronto, ON Francis of Dartmouth, NS Audrey Lavigne (Roger) of Nova Scotia 3 grandchildren; Tonia, Angie and Tiffany. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (June 6, 2007) at 2:00 p.m. from Eglise St. Polycarpe, Petit-Rocher.
