Sainte Rosette - Léandre Legacy, 57, of Sainte Rosette, 57, passed away on Tuesday (June 12, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness. Born in Madran, he was the son of the late Leonard and Alice (Guitard) Legacy. He is survived by his wife, Diane (Gauthier) Legacy. Two sons: Roger Lee Legacy (Simonne) of Bathurst Jason Legacy (Julie) of Robertville Four daughters: Sandra Legacy (Alfred) of Pabineau, NB Samantha Legacy (Daniel) and Deseré Legacy, both of Robertville Carol Legacy (Martin) of Bathurst Four brothers: Ronald Legacy (Evelyne), Julien Legacy (Brenda) and Raymond Legacy (Joan), all of Ste Annes, NB Roger Legacy (Emelia) of Bathurst Three sisters: Murielle Vienneau (Gilbert) of Ste Annes, NB Gisèle Aubie (Robert) of Red Lake, ON Raymonde Pitre (Carson) of Middle River, NB 10 grandchildren; Daniel, Jordan, Issac, Caroline, Melissa, Alice, Cindy, Baby Léandre, Danika and Katherine Deseré. Several nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends after 1:00 p.m. Friday (June 15, 2007) at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), 270 Centre St., Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated later that afternoon at 4:00 p.m. from Eglise Ste Thérèse, Robertville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are from 1:00 p.m. Friday until time of Funeral.
