Montreal … Jacqueline Doucet, 64, wife of Marcel Geoffroy, of Montreal, passed away on Sunday (July 8, 2007) in Montreal.
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Boudreau) Doucet.
She worked as the Director of the Royal Bank of Canada in St. Sauveur, Que.
Besides her husband of Montreal, she is survived by:
Four children:
Lise Daigle (Michel) of Quebec
Joseph Daigle (Hélène) of Ontario
Marc Daigle (Valérie) of Quebec
Marcelle Geoffroy (Eric) of Quebec
9 grandchildren; Jéremie, Mathieu, Alexandre, Felix, Brandon, Sam, Joseph, Jean-Luc and Jaccob.
2 great-grandchildren ; Kayla and Marisa.
Three sisters:
Gloria Doucet (Cornelius),
Raymonde Doucet and
Marie-Jeanne McLean (Kenneth) all of Bathurst
Two brothers:
Réginald Doucet (Michel Brideau) of Bathurst
Cyril Doucet (Rosy) of Montreal
Several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by 2 brothers; Hubert and Léon.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (July 14, 2007) at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
