Elizabeth Ellis, 86, passed away at Chaleur Regional Hospital, Thursday, July 26, 2007, wife of the late Eldon Ellis from Canobie, NB.
Born in Janeville, she was the daughter of late Murray and Rena (Scott) Morrison.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by:
Five daughters;
Janet (Paul) Rattray of Penticton, BC,
Cheryl (Dennis) Braun of Winnipeg, MB,
Cairn (Grant) Fraser of Winnipeg, MB,
Darlene (Robert) Wilks of Canobie, NB, and
Daphne (Ian) Strom of Mission, BC
Four Sons;
Blaine (Joyce) of Dieppe, NB,
Murray (Etha) of Canobie, NB,
Elliot (Rachael) of Georgetown, PE and
Stephen (Diane) of Canobie, NB.
Also 24 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Beside her husband, she was pre-deceased by infant daughter, Faith and one son; Alfred, one sister; Helen and two brothers; Roy and Donald.
She was a member of Central United Church, The United Church Women and Canobie Women's Institute.
The body rested at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) Saturday, July 28 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 till 9.
The funeral will be held on Sunday, July 29 2007 from The Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.
The burial will be in St .Alban's Anglican cemetery, Bridge St., Bathurst.
