Bathurst - Mrs. Shirley Landry, 66, of Victoria Ave., Bathurst, wife of Martial Landry, died Thursday (February 12, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Montreal, she was the only daughter of the late Doucet and Evangeline (Duguay) (Doucet) LaFrance. Besides her husband, Martial Landry, she is survived by: 1 Daughter: Denise Adams (Richard) of Halifax, NS 1 Son: Marc Landry of Bathurst Several aunts and uncles. She was pre-deceased by a son; Gilles. The body will rest after 1:00 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday afternoon (February 13, 2004) at 4:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
