1929 - 2013

Bathurst – Mrs. Jeannette Duguay, 83, wife of the late Alphonse Duguay, of Reese Dr., Bathurst, passed away on Saturday (January 12, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of late Germain and Marie (Hébert) Duclos.

Jeannette was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by seven sons: Roger (Lillian), Ralph (Ruth), Herman, Lionel (Sandra), Denis and Blair all of Bathurst, Michel (Anne) of Quispamsis, N.B.

One daughter: Linda Duguay of Bathurst.

Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Yvonne; a grandson, Michel, brothers: Edgar, Armand, Livain; sisters: Thérèse, Lina, Rita and Shirley.

There was no visitation at the Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (January 16, 2013) at 2 p.m. from Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Jeannette may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
