1931 - 2014

Bathurst - Ralph McArdle, 82, of Archibald Dr., Bathurst, passed away Wednesday February 5, 2014 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Frank P. and Bridget (McGinnis) McArdle.

Ralph was a veteran of the Korean War and worked as a laborer for the NB Department of Transportation.

Besides his spouse, Louise Doucet, he is survived by a step-daughter, Denise Cooper (Mario) of Bathurst,

Two step-sons: Maurice Doucet (Rachel) of Bathurst and Jacques Doucet of Montreal.

Six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

One sister, Mary Frisella of Manchester, New Hampshire.

Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by a step-son, Michel Doucet, six brothers: Donald, Charlie, Temple, Harold, James, Jimmy and three sisters: Kathleen, Theresa and Eva.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday afternoon February 10, 2014 at 2 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.
