1945 – 2014

Bathurst - Charles Cormier, 68, of Cape Road, Salmon Beach, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, N.B.

Born in Inverness, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Charles and Nelly May (Finn) Cormier.

He is survived by his wife Catherine (Russell).

One daughter, Theresa Leigh McCullough (Larry Wyszynski) of New Hamburg, Ont.

One son, Dwayne Charles Cormier (Carolyn) of Waterloo, Ont.

Four grandchildren: Liam, Connor, Jordy and Nelson.

One step grandchild, Tyler.

Three sisters: Rita Fitzner of Vancouver, B.C., Angeline LeLievre of Inverness, N.S. and Josephine MeLong of Nova Scotia.

He was predeceased by a sister, Joan MacEachern and two brothers: Philip and Patrick.

Visitation will be held at Elhatton Funeral Chapel, St. George Street, Bathurst, on Saturday morning, April 12, 2014 from 9 a.m., where the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. (www.elhatton.com).
