Bathurst - Mrs. Georgina Roy,76, of the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes and formerly of St. Andrew St., Bathurst, wife of the late Arthur Roy, died Wednesday (July 16, 2003) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes after a lengthy illness. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Doucet) Landry. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Arthur Roy in 1988. She is survived by: 2 Sons: Gerard Roy (Sandra) of Bathurst Donald Roy (Barbara) of Tremblay 1 Daughter: Carol Roy of Bathurst 1 Brother: James Landry (Maria) of Bathurst 1 Sister: Iréne Young of Bathurst 6 Grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, several nieces and nephews. The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home in Bathurst. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday (July 19, 2003) at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, ST. Andrew Street in Bathurst.
