1925 – 2014

Bathurst - Wilfred Gould, 88, of Princess Dr., Bathurst, passed away on Thursday October 9, 2014 at Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late William and Elvina (Johnson) Gould.

He worked for Canadian National Railway until his retirement.

He was pre-deceased by his wife, Effie (Doucet) Gould in 2010.

He is survived by one son, Dale (Wendy) of Bathurst. 

Three grandchildren: Nicholas, Alexander and Jonathan. 

Two brothers: Angus Gould (Ann) of Bathurst and Ronald Gould (Anne) of Fredericton.

One sister, Geraldine Kane (Gerald) of Fredericton. Several nieces and nephews.

The body will rest at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) Bathurst,  on Sunday, October 12, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday October 13, 2014 from 9 until time of funeral. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday October 13, 2012 at 11 a.m. from Holy Family Church, Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Wilfred may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a favorite charity.
