Chamberlain Settlement, N.B. - Rhéal Boucher, 73, of Abraham Rd, Chamberlain Settlement, passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, on Wednesday January 21, 2015.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Harold Boucher and the late Hilda Boucher
He was predeceased by his sister, Adrienne Arseneau: three brothers: Gervais, Albanie and Sylvain.
He was an employee at Brunswick Mines for many years
He is survived by his common law wife of 28 years, Marlene Smyth.
Two daughters: Carole Lawson, and Shelley Boucher (Michel), both of Bathurst, N.B.
Two sons: Peter Boucher (Diane) of Quebec and Donald Boucher (Elaine) of Bathurst, N.B.
Six Stepdaughters: Gail Brennan (Larry) of Barrie Ontario, Penny Falzetta (Ron) of Terrace Bay, Ontario, Wanda DeCoste (Cliff) Debert of Nova Scotia, Diane Smyth of Bathurst, N.B., Lisa Poisson (James) of Belle River, Ontario, Lynn Trevisan (Albert) of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Many grandchildren, and one great grandchild
Four sisters: Rowena Dingee (late Robert) of Dalhousie, Alma Lapointe (late Harvey), Mona Doucet (Gerald) and Sheila Belanger (Stephen) all of Bathurst.
Three brothers: Leonard (Janetta), Rodney (Annette) and Owen (Deborah) all of Bathurst.
He will be sadly missed by all.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday January 26, 2015, at 4 p.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst.
Donations in memory of Rhéal may be made to the Lung Association or a favourite charity.
