Bathurst - Adrien "Tum" Thériault of Raymond Ave., Bathurst, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the age of 73, on Sunday March 20, 2016, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Alfred and Mélina (LaPlante) Thériault.

''Tum'' was a sports enthusiast and was inducted into the Bathurst Sports Hall of Fame under the Team Category in 2002.

He is survived by three sisters: Adrienne Hachey (late Cyrille) and Julie Anne Goyette (Marcel) both of Bathurst, Theresa Stever (Roy) of Moncton.

Several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Gérard.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon March 23, 2016, at 4 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Adrien may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
