Nicolas Cormier, 90, of Robertville, died Monday (August 18, 2003 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Robertville, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Elizabeth (Roy)Cormier. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Exzella Doucet in May of this year. He is survived by: 4 Sons: Denis (Marie) of Nigadoo Albénie (Thérèse) of Beresford Alyre (Sylvia) of Riverview and Elzéar of Bathurst 8 Daughters: Marie-Ange Bertin (late Livain) and Nicole Hachey (André) both of Robertville Sr. Rita Arseneau of Baie Comeau, Que. Sr. Laurina Arseneau of Bathurst Patricia Boudreau (Gérard) of Petit-Rocher Alphonsine Arseneau of Riverview Marie Comeau (Martin) of Beresford and Lillianne Surprenant (Jean-Claude) of Montreal, Que. 4 Brothers : Majella Cormier (Léona) of Beresford Emile Cormier of Robertville Alphé Cormier (Violette) and Joseph Cormier (Edithe) both of Montreal, Que. 1 Sister : Eveline Roy (late Emery) of Bathurst 1 Sister-in-law: Mona Cormier of Nipigon, ON 20 Grandchildrens: Angèle Bertin, Lévis, Marielle, Aline, Angèle Cormier, Paul, Ginette, Jason, Mario, Daniel, Sylvain, Eric, Cynthia, Alain, Micheline, André, Mathieu, Stéphane, Adrienne and Adèle 10 Great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews cousins and in-laws. He was pre-deceased by 2 brothers : Wilfred and Arthur, 2 sisters : Léona and Eva, 2 sons : Lévis and Rosaire and a grandson: Emile. The body rested at Heritage Funeral Home, Beresford. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday evening (August 19, 2003) at 7 :00 p.m. Ste-Thérèse, Robertville. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
