Salmon Beach – Mrs. Betty Miller, beloved wife of William Miller, of Salmon Beach, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at her residence at the age of 78.  Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Reta (Jagoe) Smith. 

Betty worked for the Eddy Group as an executive secretary for many years.

Besides her husband William, she is survived by a sister, Leona Smith of New Bandon, brothers, Hales (Dorothy), Arthur (Melba) and Harry (Thelma) all of New Bandon.

She was predeceased by sisters Twila (late Herman) Ayer, Rhoda (late Bayne) Scott, Shirley (late Allison) Ayer, Neta (late Irvin Kay and John Hicks), brother Harper (late Ida).

Visitation will be on Friday evening December 15, 2017, from 7-9 pm only at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), 187 St. George St, Bathurst.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 pm from Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel.
