It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Ulric Frenette, which occurred on Sunday, March 17 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, following a long illness, at the age of 92.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Randolph and Célia (Mallet) Frenette.
He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and later retired from Duplate Canada Inc. Hawkesbury, Ontario in 1985.
Beside his wife Yolande Poirier, he is survived by one brother Roger (Georgie) and two sisters Jeanette (Frank Beaulieu) and Anette (Roger Lavigne).
He was predeceased by his sister Simone (Roger Landry), twin sisters Hermine (Guy Sexton) and Hermance (Paul Melanson) and one brother Alvin (Vaunna).
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 21st at 2p.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
