She was always full of life and lived for every waking moment, she was an amazing lady that everyone who has had the pleasure to meet her knows the impact she leaves with them. She will always be remembered by the beautiful smile that would light up any room she walked in. Marie was one that no matter what was going on she was ready to take the world on and go until the end just as she did during this tough battle of cancer. She fought a long and hard battle, she spent hours on end trying to let everyone around her know she was okay and hiding the pain and now that her time is up she can REST! It was something that was wished for her by all, especially these past few months coming to her end.
A Celebration of Life will be held with her family at a later date.
Donations in memory of Marie may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. The family would like to send a huge thanks to Alison Grey of the Atlantic Home Care for spending many days and hours caring for her so she could be at home for as long as possible. The time you spent with her means everything to us and we appreciate you so much for all the support you gave her. We also want to thank the staff of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit for the excellent care given to her. We also would love to thank Dr Harb of The Moncton City hospital and staff for all your amazing support and care through the whole process. You managed to keep her at ease until the end.
