It is with heavy hearts that the family of Glendon MacIntosh, formerly of Rosehill, announce his passing on Wednesday January 27, 2021 at Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Bathurst, NB at the age of 81.
Born in Rosehill, he was a son of the late Gordon and Esther (Smearer) MacIntosh.
Glendon worked for many years delivering for Northumberland Dairy products.
Besides by his wife, Patricia (Boucher) MacIntosh, Glendon is survived by one daughter, Cindi MacIntosh (Rick) of South Tetagouche.
Three grandchildren: Isabella, Patrick and Marc-André.
His twin brother, Donald (Lorraine) of South Tetagouche. Two sisters: Norma (Ben) Carson of New Glasgow, NS and Sandra (James) Ward of Janeville.
Sister-in law, Beverly (MacIntosh) Branch. Several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish remembrances may be made to the South Tetagouche United Church Cemetery, Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
The family wish to extend profound thanks to the compassionate staff of Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes for their support over the years.
Visitations for the public will be held on Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. only with social distancing in place. Funeral service will be held on Monday February 1, 2021 by invitation only from the First United Church, Bathurst.
