Petit-Rocher Nord - It is with profound sadness that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of James Joseph Roherty at his home in Petit Rocher Nord NB on 4 June 2022 in his 80th year.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Furlotte) Roherty.

James was predeceased by his wife Adrienne (nee Noël).

He is survived by 2 brothers, William “Bill” of Petawawa, ON and Daniel of Toronto, ON.

He was a retired employee of the smelter in Belledune NB. He was also a member of the Nepisiquit Genealogy group of Bathurst NB.

James will be sadly missed by numerous cousins, friends, 4 aunts, former co-workers and the Noël family.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

A Service/Celebration of life for JAMES J ROHERTY will be held at the Chapel in Elhatton's Funeral Home on 01 September 2022 at 2 pm followed by burial at the South Bathurst Cemetery.

Following the burial, a reception will be held at the home of Nancy Culligan Brunner & Michael Brunner 1145 Youghall Dr Bathurst NB.
