Bathurst – Mrs. Irene MacLellan, wife of the late Ronald Joseph MacLellan Sr, of O'Brian St., Bathurst, passed away suddenly at her residence on Sunday February 26, 2023, at the age of 91.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Estelle (Chiasson) Glazier.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral C.W.L., Bathurst.

She is survived by three sisters: Cecile Bernier of Edmonton, AB, Jeannine Tucker (Patrick) of Quispamsis and Margaret White (George) of Moncton.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she was pre-deceased by a son, Ronald Joseph.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 3 p.m. from Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst.

Donations in memory of Irene may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
