It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lavigne of Dawson Court, Bathurst, who passed away at his residence on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the age of 67.

He was the son of the late Allan Lavigne and the late Gloris Hachey.

He is survived by his five sisters Lorraine Ibbitson and Brenda Frenette both of Ste. Anne, Elda “Pinky” Jenner (Roger) of Rossland B.C., Patricia Roy and Wendy Wagner (Larry) both of Bathurst.

His three brothers Brian (Colleen) of Trail B.C., Wayne (Maryanne) of Kitchener, Gary (Lianne) of Beresford, N.B. as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents and brothers Ronnie and Paul.

In his teenage years, he was deeply involved in many sports. He moved to Kitchener, ON., and worked at Dare Foods for many years, after his retirement five years ago, he moved back home.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation has taken place.
