It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Géralda Boucher (Bertin) on Friday December 13, 2024 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 84 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Géralda is survived by her husband of 63 years, Clifford Boucher, two sons, Michel (Susan), Jacques (Veronica), two grandchildren, Christian (Lexi), Mathieu (Dan), sister, Claudette and brother-in-law Emery Aube.

Géralda was predeceased by her parents, Telesphore and Catherine (Hache) Bertin, son Daniel, sister Argentine (Aube) and brother Arthur (Claire), brother-in-law Laurent Godin.

Géralda was a long-time member of Holy Family Club 200, where she enjoyed playing cards and helping in the kitchen with lunches. She was an avid cake decorator and loved her little shop where she decorated cakes and shared her talent by teaching others her love for the art.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Intensive Care and Palliative Care Units of the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Extra Mural nurses who visited her regularly at home and her home support workers.
