It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Margaret Frudd, wife of the late Stephen Frudd, which occurred on Wednesday February 19, 2025, at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Bathurst at the age of 82.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Wakeman of England & Helen Gray of Saskatchewan, stepdaughter of the late Papa Mitch. She is survived by her son Chris and daughter Lesley (Ray); her grandchildren: Jasmine (Jeff), Kayla (Nico), Stephen, Jesse, Graydon, Dayle; her great grandchildren: James, William, Grace, Ray and her sister, Sharon VanDerlip (Rick)

She was predeceased by her brothers: John Robert (2020) (Pat 2024)

 She was an aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews

 She had a huge, sweet tooth and loved tea parties, she also loved to paint folk art, bake, garden, play crib & crokinole, shop and spend time with the family. As per her wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home and no funeral service. In Memory of Margaret, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
