Bathurst - J. Aldéo Losier, Edgewood Dr.,Bathurst, passed away on Friday (June 9, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Tracadie, he was the son of the late James and Lina (Robichaud) Losier. He was a member of New Brunswick Association of Social Workers and for many years was president of the Board of Directors for The Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst. He was a member, founder and past president of many regional and provincial organizations during the 70's and 80's. He is survived by his wife Mary Jane (O`Neill) Losier. Three children; Andréa Losier-Doucet (Denis Doucet) of Robertville, Michellle Losier (Clint Guerney) of Wasaga Beach, ON David O`Neill Losier (Isabelle Cormier) of Caraquet. One brother; André Losier (Suzanne Grenier) of Montréal, Qué., Two sisters; Jacqueline (Losier) Richardson (Yvon Richardson) of Sudbury, Ont. Loula Losier (Henri Skilling) of Tracadie-Sheila. Six grandchildren; Danica, Rémi, Bryan, Erika, Andrew and Benjamin. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday afternoon (June 12, 2006) at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. For anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation or a favorite charity.
