Gladys Hairston, 56, of Assaff St., Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday (June 20, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Clothilda (Doucet) Thibodeau. She is survived by: Four daughters: Carolyn (Rejean Huard), Michelle (Jason Long) and Jamie Hairston all of Bathurst Carla (Scott Lindsay) of Dunlop One son: Darrell of Bathurst Five sisters: Violet (James Sparkes) of Newfoundland Dorina Thibodeau and Annette (Bernil Lavigne) both of Bathurst Shirley (Jean-Marc Frenette) of Beresford Marion (Wayne Fidler) of Ontario Six brothers: Gerald (Connie) and Gordon (Yolonde) both of Bathurst Donald of Campbellton Frankie (Antoinette) and Bernard (Judith) both of Tracadie Randy of Ontario 8 grandchildren; Marvin, Kevin, Michael, Gino, Steven, Jessy, Joshua and Dayna. Many nieces and nephews. The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday (June 22, 2006) at 2:000 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel on St. George St., Bathurst, with Pastor Henry Poitras officiating. Burial will be in the St. Theresa Cemetery, King Ave.
