Mrs. Freda Lee, 83, wife of the late Eric Lee, of Miramichi Road, Bathurst, passed away on Monday (January 29, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth “Minnie” (Chamberlain) LeCouter. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Eric Lee. She is survived by: One daughter: Jeannie Peters (Elmer) of Bathurst Three sons: Bernard Theriault (Aline), Shawn Lee (Ellen) both of Bathurst Ted Lee (Isabel) of Beijing, China One sister: Lucy Guitard of Hamilton, ON Three brothers: Lionel LeCouter of Hamilton, ON Henry LeCouter (Marlene) of Grimsby, ON Richard LeCouter of Bathurst 10 grandchildren; Donna, Kevin, Shawn, Tracy, Kelly, Nancy, Brian, Amanda, Shawn E., Colton, 7 great-grandchildren; Ryan, Jason, Ashley, Britney, Justin, Brandon and Connor. Several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother; Frank, sisters; Betty, Edna, Pearl and Loretta. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (February 1, 2007) at 4:00 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst, with Rev. Keith Adams officiating.
