Bathurst - Mrs. Margaret Hodgins, 89, of Stout Court, wife of the late Perry Hodgins, which occurred Friday (December 6, 2003) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace (Carter) Brown. She attended Bayview Baptist Church, Bathurst. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Perry Hodgins, in 1955. She is survived by: 1 Daughter: Lois Campbell (Hugh) of Bathurst 2 Sons: Allan Hodgins of Toronto Mearle Hodgins of Bathurst 2 Brothers: George Brown (Rita) and Clinton Brown (Dorothy) both of Bathurst 1 Sister: Ellen Hodgins of Bathurst 2 Grandsons; Alex and Clark Several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by 2 sisters; Alice Williamson in 1992 and Lillian Chamberlain in 1995. The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Service was held on Monday afternoon (December 8, 2003) at 2:00 p.m. from Bayview Baptist Church, O'Neil Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the United Cemetery, St. Anne St., in the spring.
